Jim's success is based on genuine concerns for the needs and desires of his clients, along with his persistence, diligence, a strong work ethic and honesty. It's no wonder that referrals and repeat clients account for 95% of his business.
Jim's expertise is diverse. For ten years he specialized in GNMA and Treasury Bonds at the Chicago Board of Trade. He has put both his Minor in Architecture and his muscles to work rehabbing four fixer-upper residences, two of them multi-family properties. As a former city-dweller he knows all facets of both the Chicago and North Shore markets.
A Northfield resident, Jim is married with two children who attended local Winnetka schools. He enjoys carpentry, gardening, photography and sports when time permits.
